Once upon a time, a couple of years ago, there was a writer & blogger. She was just like you, working from home trying to build her freelance writing business, and doing okay, but wishing on every shooting star that she could meet other people who had the same motivation to grow their businesses into something spectacular, and learn all the tools to create the best copy for her clients.
One day, she learned about the Freelance Writers Den and her eyes sparkled with hope and ambition. But it was closed to new members, and her eagerness to learn from the masters got squashed like a bug on a windshield. Her determination to succeed didn’t waver, though, oh no, she signed up for the waiting list and went about her small business goals.
Things were running smoothly as the months passed by, and she worked hard to grow her little business. She wrote days; she wrote nights. She wrote during her children’s Parkour class, and she wrote in the car in the market parking lot. You get it; she wrote all the time.
Then, a few months later, she got an email that said the Freelance Writers Den was open to new members! She joined right away and was transported to the land of writing for profit. Not only did she meet other freelance writers, but she learned everything she needed to not only grow her little business into something amazing but to have it flourish and reap the rewards of her hard work.
This isn’t the end.
I’m assuming you know that story is about me. I decided to start my business writing and blogging from home many years ago but didn’t realize all the opportunities I was missing out on until I joined the Freelance Writers Den.
It might sound cheesy, but this site has changed my business. It’s more than a forum; it ‘s hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of information, bootcamps, resources, videos, and job boards. It’s a networking dream! It’s a place where questions are answered by experienced copywriters, writers, bloggers, and more, during live events. It’s a place where I’ve made amazing friends, and met and collaborated with other writers in an effort to grow our businesses, and where my docent (the person assigned to help guide you through your freshman phase in the group) has opened my eyes to what I’m capable of – anything, and everything!
If you’re in the same position that I was in all that time ago, or if you’re just starting out freelance writing or blogging, and are looking for the same things I searched for, then the Freelance Writers Den could be the place for you.
Maybe you’re an experienced writer, but want to learn something new to offer your clients, or are looking for a place where you can surround yourself with like-minded people. Either way and whatever your reason, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much this place has to offer.
I’m still a member, and I don’t think that’s going to change while I run my writing business because there’s always new and updated information that’s shared. Plus, it’s one of the most inexpensive ways to develop as a freelance writer and blogger!
